John has made a name for himself as a versatile, innovative, and well-respected coach and has traveled the world, training and developing senior leaders at some of the world’s largest companies across 5 continents and in more than 20 countries.
John developed a foundation specializing in emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion, team-building, and helping leaders develop talent on their teams. As his career progressed and certain client needs and trends emerged, John started focusing increasingly on what he terms “Leadership for the 21st Century”. John’s expertise and energy shifted to areas such as Resilience and Agility, Influencing in Highly Integrated Structures, Savvy Career Management, and Managing Millennials.
